Human-Led. AI-Supported.
A Note About How We Create
At Growing Tree Gifted, the ideas, philosophies, frameworks, themes, and foundational concepts behind our work begin with human thought, experience, and intention.
AI is one of the tools I use to help bring those ideas into the world.
As a twice-exceptional thinker, I often experience, connect, and communicate ideas differently from what is considered typical. Gifted and twice-exceptional minds can be highly associative, nonlinear, visual, layered, and complex. We may see connections quickly, think deeply across seemingly unrelated ideas, or experience the world in ways that can be difficult to translate into conventional language. Sometimes, what is immediately clear in my mind does not arrive in a form that is immediately clear to someone else.
That gap matters.
I use AI as a creative, communication, and accessibility tool to help bridge it.
AI helps me organize, translate, refine, and develop ideas while allowing me to preserve the complexity and meaning behind them. I meticulously question, adjust, reshape, and refine the language, concepts, activities, structure, and visuals to ensure they align with the intended audience, purpose, voice, and philosophy of Growing Tree Gifted.
The ideas are mine. The perspective is mine. The intention is mine.
AI helps me communicate those things in ways that more people can access.
Without that support, some of the ideas exactly as they first exist in my mind might be confusing, overly complex, or difficult for others to follow. With it, I can create a bridge between how I think and how others receive information—without having to diminish the depth, creativity, or individuality of the original thought.
It is also a practical accommodation within a very full life. As a working mother balancing multiple responsibilities, AI helps reduce some of the barriers between having an idea and being able to turn that idea into a meaningful resource. It gives me more capacity to focus on the parts of creation that cannot be automated: thinking, questioning, connecting, imagining, learning, and deciding what is worth creating in the first place.
AI as an Accessibility Tool
For me, AI is more than a productivity tool.
It is an accommodation that allows me to work with my brain rather than constantly around it.
That matters because Growing Tree Gifted exists for people whose minds do not always fit neatly into conventional expectations.
I want to create resources, language, and spaces that recognize that difference without asking people to become less of themselves in order to belong.
AI does not determine what Growing Tree Gifted believes, what we value, what we teach, or why this work exists. Those foundations come from human experience, education, professional knowledge, research, reflection, creativity, and a deep belief that different ways of thinking deserve understanding, support, and room to grow.
Every resource is intentionally reviewed and refined to ensure it represents the authentic voice, purpose, and values of Growing Tree Gifted. Research and source material are independently considered and credited where appropriate.
What we create is therefore not simply AI-generated content.
It is the result of a human-led, AI-supported creative process—one that allows complex ideas to become accessible without requiring the person who thinks differently to stop thinking differently.
That is part of the message behind Growing Tree Gifted itself:
We do not need to make unique minds smaller to make the world understand them. We need better bridges.
And that is what we are building.
With human intention.
With curiosity.
With creativity.
With Nova's neurospirit.
And always with the goal of helping people understand their minds, recognize their strengths, find the support they need, and grow into their own version of what is possible.
