"How does my mind grow best?"

That simple shift changes everything.

I'm here to help translate the science of the brain into language that feels human.

Using neuroscience, gifted education, psychology, and the wisdom found throughout nature, I help make complicated ideas feel approachable, practical, and hopeful.

I believe understanding shouldn't feel overwhelming.
